A detailed inventory, as Belgian law requires
In Belgium, all three Regions require a move-in inventory that is detailed, drawn up jointly by both parties and paid for in equal shares. It is attached to the lease and registered with it.
The guided structure of HomiApp follows that logic: a room-by-room description, the condition of the equipment, meter readings, photos and the signatures of the parties.

Yes. HomiApp works fully offline in the field: your inventories sync automatically as soon as the network is back.
How much does HomiApp cost?
No subscription at all. You buy tokens: 1 token = 1 inventory. Single: 20 € excl. VAT. Per pack: 19 € (pack of 25), 17 € (pack of 50) or 15 € (pack of 100) per inventory. Your tokens never expire and the price is the same for 1 or 10 team members.
How do signatures work?
Parties can sign directly on the tablet at the end of the inventory, or online via a secure link sent by email. Signatures are embedded in the report.
Does the AI decide for me?
No. The AI suggests a text based on the photo. Every suggestion remains editable and you stay in control of the finding.
Where is my data stored?
The HomiApp server is located in France, with OVH, and all exchanges are encrypted (HTTPS). Exception: when you use an AI feature, the photos and texts concerned are processed by Anthropic and stored in the United States, under European standard contractual clauses. You remain the owner of your inventories and photos.
